StillGood AP offers a free mobile companion app that delivers push notifications directly to your phone when equipment issues are detected. No SMS or email required.
Step 1 — Choose Push Notifications in the Desktop App
In the StillGood AP desktop app, go to Settings and select Enable Push Alerts. Save your settings.
Step 2 — iPhone / iPad (Safari required)
- Open Safari on your iPhone or iPad — the app will not work correctly in Chrome or Firefox on iOS
- Go to
stillgoodap.com/pwa/
- Log in using your email address and license key
- At the bottom of the Safari screen tap ... and then tap the Share button
- Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
- Tap Add — the StillGood AP icon will now appear on your home screen
- Open the app from your home screen (this step is required — push notifications will not work if you open from Safari directly)
- Log in and tap "Enable Notifications" — allow when prompted
iOS requirement: You must be running iOS 16.4 or later, and the app must be launched from your home screen (not from Safari) for push notifications to work.
Step 2 — Android (Chrome required)
- Open Chrome on your Android device
- Go to
stillgoodap.com/pwa/
- Log in using your email address and license key
- Chrome will show an "Add to Home Screen" banner at the bottom — tap it. If the banner doesn't appear, tap the three-dot menu → "Add to Home Screen"
- Tap Add — the StillGood AP icon will appear on your home screen
- Open the app and tap "Enable Notifications" — allow when prompted
Step 3 — Send a Test Notification
Once notifications are enabled, tap "Send Test Notification" in the mobile app to confirm everything is working. You should receive a notification within a few seconds.
